Tai Chi
Tai Chi can also be considered as a way to relieve stress. Tai Chi is a series of movements that center on relaxation, concentration and a flow of positive energy throughout the body. The regular practice of Tai Chi will offer benefits such as increased peace of mind and reduced stress, better breathing and sleep, and an ability to cope more efficiently with difficult situations. Tai Chi does not require much in the way of space or equipment, so it can be done almost anywhere. It is a good exercise to do in a group or alone, and it is non-competitive and self-paced.
