There are quite a few types of anxiety disorders, a few or the more common are general anxiety disorder, panic attacks and post traumatic stress. They all produce similar symptoms, such as excessive fear and apprehension, this can be very debilitating to those with this condition. Understanding what these symptoms are will in turn help you overcome them.
Those who continue to suffer from anxiety attacks usually know the symptoms, and when an attack is on its way.
For those folks who are not sure, a few of the typical symptoms of a panic attack might be, Rapid heart beat, pounding heart palpitations, Sweating, Shaking visibly, Choking sensations or lump in throat, Smothering or shortness of breath sensations, Chest pain or discomfort,Nausea, bloating, indigestion or abdominal discomfort, Dizziness or unsteadiness, Feeling light-headed, Fear of losing control or going crazy, Chills or hot flushes and Blushing just to name a few.
These symptoms can also indicate more serious problems so it is imperative to seek medical attention immediately if you experience any of them.
